blunt blowing rating carter four

This song by lil wayne is one of my personal favorites, but it is one of the greastest songs on lil waynes album. Even when we all know the carter four isnt his best alum it is still well done. I rate this song a 4 out of 5. Another song you guys and girls should check out is president carter it also is a very good song.
