sexual harassment
Well i do believe no means no but there is a certain way you should say it. If you are playful and your body languages is off it seems like you were just kidding around. If you want to say no about something you need to be Strong and serous. A lot of girls in this generation throw around word and don't mean it at all. For example when people say oh shut up it doesn't actually mean shut up it means get out of here. That's why many sexual harassment cases happen because people are not serous with there choice of words.

Who decides how someone should say something? If a girl says no but then laughs about it and keeps kissing her partner does that give her partner the right to do whatever he wants?
