I find this article on CNN very funny and interesting because an not allowed substance in America is growing right next to a police station. What this article proves is that THC or marijuana plants will all way be around no matter how much a government dislikes it. This is just another step to stop the prohibition on Cannabis. No matter how much are government hates it, there will always be pot flooding the strip just like Tampa.
